In no event or circumstance shall Overwatch Tactical LLC dba Overwatch Precision be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, injury, or death whatsoever, arising out of the sale, resale, or in any way connected with the use, misuse, or installation of its products and components. The purchaser/user accepts all risk.
We try to keep all of our products in stock at all times. In the event that something is not in stock or is backordered we will contact you to advise you of the status and you will be offered the opportunity to wait, cancel, or substitute your order with another product.
All products manufactured by Overwatch Precision are warrantied forever, against damage and defects whether you’re the original owner or not. It’s important to note that our warranty does not cover intentional damage (including disassembling the safety tab from the shoe), cosmetic damage, loss, or theft. Yep, we have to say it, because of “that guy.”
We design and manufacture products that we ourselves carry and trust for daily protection. We understand that you need to have complete confidence in any component that you install in or on your weapon, and do not take this lightly. We will not and do not sell anything that we don’t trust with our own lives, or with the lives of our loved ones.
If you have a warranty claim please contact us to get a return merchandise authorization (RMA) or a replacement part as fast as possible. We take your trust in us and our products seriously, and thank you for your business and confidence in us.
All products are shipped USPS flat rate unless otherwise requested. We use both USPS and FedEx as our shipping partners and reserve the right to ship with the carrier we feel is the most appropriate for a specific order. In cases where USPS flat rate is not used, please understand that shipping rates will be based on package weight and not its dollar value.
We typically ship items the next business day from when the order was received. On rare occasions when heavy order volume occurs, shipping maybe delayed by up to five (5) business days.
If you change your shipping address after your order is placed, we will contact you first to determine the reason, as this is a common method of fraud.
Due to ITAR regulations we only ship our products to addresses within the United States.
We feel that we offer the highest quality products on the market, but if you are unsatisfied with your purchase you have 2 weeks (14 days) from the date of delivery to return your products. Products must be in new, unused condition to be accepted as returns. If the product has been installed, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee, or to issue store credit. If for any reason the products you purchased do not meet your needs or requirements, please use the Return Authorization Request feature built into the site, or reach out to us at Info@OverwatchPrecision.com
