Drop In Trigger Kit

The Overwatch Precision TAC Trigger Kit is a flat-faced, direct drop-in replacement for your OEM trigger assembly. Each trigger shoe and trigger safety tab is machined in the USA out of 7075-T6 aluminum alloy, and affixed to an NP3 plated, OEM trigger bar by 316 Stainless Steel coiled spring pins. The trigger shoe and safety tab are both Type III hard coat anodized to MIL-A-8625 standard.

The small indexing hook ensures consistent trigger finger placement, and the broad, flat face of the trigger allows a uniquely self-correcting, straight rearward press. The flat face reduces trigger reach by approximately 20% (depending on tolerances), making this an ideal option for smaller statured shooters. Pre-travel has been reduced as much as possible without compromising firearm safety features, resulting in a clean, crisp break, and reduced overtravel. Robar's NP3 plating provides virtually impermeable corrosion resistance and smooth, grit-free operation.

Included in this kit is a trigger mechanism and ejector housing, a trigger spring, an NP3 plated Overwatch Precision Minus connector, and (of course) our TAC or Falx Trigger on an NP3 plated trigger bar. The addition of the NP3 Overwatch Precision minus connector results in a drop of approximately a half to three quarters of a pound on the pull weight depending on individual tolerances.

Drop In Trigger Kit

I am very satisfied with Overwatch Precision trigger systems and here’s my opinion about them. My first trigger system for my Glock 43 was the TAC trigger w/ trigger bar I’ve shot at least 1600 rounds without issues. My second Drop In Trigger Kit for my Glock 23 I’ve shot at least 500 rounds without issues. Both of these trigger systems whether they are the Drop In Trigger Kit or just the trigger w/trigger bar itself; these products are EXCELLENT with Glocks handguns. You will love them!

I've been shooting my Glocks in stock form for a couple of years now. I find the stock Glock trigger to very consistent and easy to shoot reasonably well. I decided that, pretty much mastering the stock trigger, I wanted to try an aftermarket unit to see what all the fuss was about. After a bunch of internet research, I settled on Overwatch Precision and ordered the TAC drop-in trigger. 5 minutes of work and my G17 is a completely different gun. Instead of a lot of takeup to a hard wall and then snapping through the wall, it almost feels like a super light double-action revolver trigger. Everyone that has handled it since I installed the trigger says that it is the best Glock trigger they've ever felt. Now I have to save my pennies for one for my G19 and another for my G43.
