Overwatch Precision PolyDAT – Walther PDP 9mm

The Overwatch Precision PolyDAT for the Walther PDP 9mm brings precision performance and durability to one of today’s most advanced striker-fired platforms without the premium price tag. Modeled after the design principles of our flagship DAT trigger for Glock, the PolyDAT provides a refined trigger press, consistent geometry, and upgraded internals at a cost nearly half that of billet aluminum options.

At the heart of the PolyDAT is a rugged polymer flat-faced trigger shoe that promotes a linear rearward pull, and improves control under pressure. The flat geometry shortens reach and enhances leverage, helping shooters achieve a cleaner break and faster, more predictable reset.

Unlike many budget-minded upgrades, the Walther PDP PolyDAT doesn’t cut corners where it matters most. Each kit ships with an electroless-nickel plated OEM trigger bar, chosen for its proven reliability and polished for reduced friction. This results in a smoother press and improved durability over factory-standard parts. Paired with two included trigger return springs—mirroring our TAC trigger offering for the PDP—the PolyDAT provides the ability to fine-tune feel and reset speed without compromising factory safety values.

The result is a complete solution that eliminates unnecessary pre-travel, sharpens the break, and reduces reset length while retaining every OEM safety mechanism.
